All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Potential Delays
Unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday demand may affect delivery times. SonicGem is not responsible for delays after packages have been transferred to the carrier.
